Yieldboard: Privacy Policy

• No account. The app does not ask you to sign up and we do not receive your name, email or contact details from it.
• Your data stays on your device. What you enter is stored on your device. We run no server that stores it.
• Google sign-in, read-only. To show your numbers, Yieldboard asks Google for read-only access to your AdSense and AdMob reports (scopes adsense.readonly, admob.readonly, admob.report) and your email address, used only to label the connected account on your screen. The app calls Google's APIs directly from your iPhone. The sign-in token is kept in your iPhone's Keychain and never sent to us; your reports are stored only on your device.
• Limited Use. Yieldboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to anyone, and no human at Clane reads it.
• Removing access. Remove an account in the app (Networks, swipe left, Remove) and Yieldboard deletes its numbers from your iPhone and revokes its access in your Google account. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• API keys. For networks you connect with an API key, the key is stored only in your iPhone's Keychain and sent only to that network. To convert their US-dollar numbers to your currency, the app downloads daily exchange rates from exchangerate-api.com; that request carries no personal data.
• Error reports. When a network fails to load, the app sends us the network name, the error message with account IDs, emails and keys removed, and the layout of the network's reply (field names only, never values), together with the app version, your region and a random install ID that is not linked to you. We use this only to fix broken connections. Turn it off in Settings > Send error reports. If you tap Report a problem, your note is sent too, and on an account screen you can choose to include that account's last 7 days of numbers.
• Outbrain. Outbrain only offers sign-in with your username and password. Yieldboard uses them once to get an access token directly from Outbrain, then keeps only the token on your iPhone and forgets the password.
• Network list. The app downloads a public list of ad networks from clane.app; the request carries no personal data. Some sign-up links in that list may be referral links and are labelled as such.
• No ads and no third-party tracking in the current version. If that changes, this page is updated first and the app will ask for permission as Apple requires.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
